UFOs over Cutler Bay, Florida.

Witness description: “Was leaving to work earlier than usual because I had a longer commute to a job site about 4:15 am, when I was about to drive onto a main road leaving my community I saw several lights hovering and changing form and position repeatedly. At first t thought they could be helicopters but one of the changes in movement was what I can describe as swirling downwards leaving a sort of a tail and then regaining its initial position rapidly, this was performed randomly by each one of them and that’s when I thought it was strange and started to record video with my phone.
