A speed boat races into shot, - it turns swiftly and weaves its way at speed through other stationary boats and passes close to a passing ship. Various shots of boats turning rapidly in front of camera with large waves in their wake. Interview with a man in a lifejacket seated in boat with Stars and Stripes Pennant. A smiling lady in a hat shakes hands with the boat crew, they all turn and smile at the camera and wave good-bye. One launch has ’Fish’ on it.
