ASPI hosted a hybrid event to launch a new report by ASPI’s International Cyber Policy Centre ‘Benchmarking Critical Technologies: Building an evidence base for an informed critical technologies strategy’ which examines the development of four key critical technologies across Australia, China, India, Japan and the United States.
Professor Tanya Monro (Chief Defence Scientist), Bunro Shiozawa (Cross-ministerial Strategic Innovation Promotion Program) and Louise Talbot (Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet) joined report authors Dr Samantha Hoffman and Karly Winkler for a discussion on the report’s findings and the opportunities for increased critical technology collaboration in the Indo-Pacific.
