[AMV] Hunter x Hunter 1999 is a masterpiece

Recently I have been rewatching Hunter x Hunter. I found the 1999 version extraordinarily amazing when it comes to captivating the dark and sombre atmosphere of the original manga. Both the music and the camera storytelling of the 1999 version were brilliant and the emotion conveyed throughout the series was phenomenal. I particularly adore the York Shin arc and the Gunkanjima Island arc (Battleship Island arc), which both are epic with some most superb writings. I still remember how shocked I was when finding out that Gunkanjima Island arc was a filler. Σ( ° △ °|||) I encourage everyone who likes Hunter x Hunter 2011 to watch the 1999 version, not only for mere nostalgic reasons but also for the wonderful experience, being able to enjoy the amazing work of Yoshihiro Togashi from a different perspective.
