IDF soldiers killed as Israeli defense system fails to intercept Hezbollah drone

Several IDF soldiers have been killed and at least 60 people wounded in a drone strike on the district of Haifa in northern Israel, according to Israeli authorities. The IDF claimed its air defenses failed to intercept one drone, which caused the explosion. Hezbollah said it targeted an Israeli military base as a response to IDF attacks on Gaza and Lebanon. RT’s Middle East Bureau Chief Maria Finoshina reports from the hospital where many of those injured were taken.
