Science & serendipity: lipid nanoparticles that enable COVID-19 mRNA vaccines - Gairdner Lectures

Dr. Pieter Cullis was awarded the Canada Gairdner International Award 2022 “for his pioneering work developing nucleoside-modified mRNA and lipid nanoparticle (LNP) drug delivery: the foundational technologies for the highly effective COVID-19 mRNA vaccines.“ Dr. Cullis presented his award-winning research at the 2022 Gairdner Science Week Laureate Lectures.
