Full title reads: “Hull. A Gigantic Enterprise. Mr Herbert Morrison - Minister of Transport - sets great building scheme to cost 2 million pounds into being.“ Hull, East Yorkshire. Herbert Morrison (looking very young) speaks about building project. A group of men stand behind him. He is talking about the building of a large bridge over the River Humber. An unidentified man talks about the current ferry service - Morrison jokes about swimming the Humber. Shots of podium - an unidentified man is speaking about the history of the project.
