Rise and shine Mr Freeeeeeman My first crack at a deepfake face replacement. Potentially the first video game character deepfaked onto a real person! The AI ran for around 160k iterations on a GTX 1060 - roughly 70 hours total. I modelled, textured and rigged G-Man from scratch. His head was animated to move in as many positions as possible while pulling countless facial expressions. This was rendered in blender and fed into Deepfacelab as the source file.
