From the beginning of 2023, in France, there are protests against the reform raising the retirement age from 62 to 64. By the end of June, there were 14 official strikes and several dozen demonstrations covering almost the entire country. It is estimated that several million people took part in them. The photos used in the video above - taken by amazing photographer Rafał Wekiera - present a reportage of two days of demonstrations and are a fragment of a project regarding the broadly understood “culture of protest“.
