Welcome to the Barre Sculpt Pyramid Series. A set of workouts that will lengthen and strengthen your entire body. In each workout you will see a groupings of exercises that complement each other. Each grouping has a pyramid style rep pattern to layer on the intensity. You start with 16 reps, then lower to 8, 2 sets of 4, 4 sets of 2 and 8 sets of singles.
