Here’s another demo song entitled “Love In Vain“ written by one of the best songwriters of our beloved AOR / Melodic Rock genre ! It was written by Janet Morrison Minto in collaboration with Pamela Moore Barlow (BARLOW/MINTO). You can hear the fantastic voice from Eddy Ray Wolffe on this song - he has sung several demos for BARLOW/MINTO and I know him from the great song “Fight Fire With Fire“. Can be heard in the film “American Ninja 4: The Annihilation“ 1990 (his name is spelled slightly differently there). Basil Fung is on guitar in this song ! Janet and Pam loved Basil, he was so great to work with. They went on to write many more songs with him. Janet Morrison Minto is best known for her collaboration with Pamela Moore Barlow in the ’80s under the name BARLOW / MINTO.
