At the beginning of 2019, the VOLKSWAGEN group announced its intention to invest more than 60 billion euros in electric mobility, before unveiling, at the Frankfurt Motor Show, in September of the same year, the VOLKSWAGEN ID.3 , which inaugurated the MEB platform, dedicated to the group’s zero-emission vehicles.
Almost a year later, it’s SKODA’s turn to unsheathe its first all-electric vehicle. An SUV: the Enyaq iV. Unsurprisingly, it’s a technical twin of the Wolfsburg compact - and the soon-to-be-expected VW ID.4 SUV.
Measuring m long (6 cm shorter than the Kodiaq) and m wide, the Czech compact SUV displays a look similar to that of its brothers Karoq and Kodiaq. It differs, however, by adopting a full grille, a gimmick used by several other electric models, including the ID.3.
