FAGOR’s WAVELINE concept means a decisive step forward to get much higher productivuty and flexibility in robotized stamping press lines. In Waveline press lines, the robots and the presses are fully synchronized, therefore the slides of the presses have never to stop, achieving in this way production improvements of up to 40%. This installation includes 6 presses with a total stamping capacity of 8100 ton and the heading press has also an intelignet CNC hydraulic cushion of 8 driven points. Moreover, the line includes a wahser, an oiler as well as artificial vision to position parts.
