Full title reads: “Washington. Another one of America’s problems. ’Bonus Army’ take up permanent quarters in the Capital, till Congress grants their demands!“ Washington DC, United States of America (USA). Members of the ’Bonus Army’ sit in a Washington park. They are flying the Stars and Stripes flag and in the back ground is the Capitol Building. A long line of men queue up to be served food from an outdoor kitchen. Both white and Afro American men stand together and sit down to eat together. Some of the men are wearing parts of military uniform and may be veterans or ex-servicemen. Aerial views over large field filled with tent.
