Directed by longtime collaborator Fx Goby and styled by Elgar Johnson, the film expands on Nash’s acclaimed autumn/winter 2023 collection, Juxtaposition, which examined the tensions between the popularity of skiwear on the street and the social barriers that prevent most people from going on extravagant ski trips to Europe. Contrasting urban life against private fantasia, ideas of metamorphosis and transformation are central to the film’s intention. “It’s a metaphor: if you open your mind, it can take you anywhere.
