Army fully achieved goal of thwarting Kievs counteroffensive Russian MoD

Moscow says Ukraine’s counteroffensive, which was widely promoted by NATO powers, has completely failed. Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu has presented that assessment in an annual review of the military’s results.
