I, Vladimir Kozhekin was not able to attend Old Etonian Assosiation Dinner on the 23rd of Nivember 2012 , because British Embassy Moscow refused to grant me a visa. They somehow failed to look into the bank returns that I sent to them and they didn’t bother to even google Vladimir Kozhekin to find out that I do in fact have strong social, economic and family ties to Russia.
