Los Angeles, California’s The Daily Planet appear on the national TV special, Singer Presents The Sounds Of ’68, hosted by Ed Ames. This was an original recording by the band titled ’Chase The Night Away’, with a nice Hermit’s Hermits meets The Cyrkle pop sound. The group consisted of Mitch Toomley, Mark Rochonne, Joe Pino and Jeph Haberman. Are there any other Daily Planet records/recordings out there?
