Full titles read: “America greets “Graf Zeppelin“ - and her gallant Crew on safe arrival after thrilling 4 day flight across the Atlantic from Germany.“ New York, United States of America. M/S of the Graf Zeppelin in the air. M/S panning across the landed airship, as crowds gather round the base. The crew of the ship (may include Dr Hugo Eckener, Airship Pioneer and Commander of the Graf Zeppelin) shake hands with New York officials (look like policemen). General view of a ticker-tape parade through the streets of New York as large crowds cheer the crew. Low angle M/S of the Graf Zeppelin in flight. Intertitle reads: “Lady Drummond-Hay, the only woman passenger.“ M/S of a glamorous lady with bobbed hair and wearing a fur-trimmed coat; she laughs with her male companion. Various shots of the Graf Zeppelin on the ground and taking off from an airfield; passengers wave from the windows and the open door (!).
