X-102 - Rediscovers the Rings of Saturn (1992 & 2008)

Underground Resistance is a music & arts collective founded in Detroit in 1989. Their musical concept project X-102 released this album in 1992 under Berlin’s Tresor label. In 2008 the album was expanded & remastered. X-102’s original line up was ’Mad’ Mike Banks, Jeff ’The Wizard’ Mills & Robert ’Noise’ Hood. A timeless classic of Detroit techno. Listen to it in one sitting, if possible. (Of course ’Discovers the Rings & MOONS of Saturn’ would have been a more accurate title) Tracklist: 0:00:00 - Intro 0:01:22 - Phoebe 0:04:25 - Daphnis (Keeler’s Gap) 0:09:45 - F-Ring 0:13:29 - Mimas 0:18:14 - Flickering Alderbaran #3 0:22:52 - C-Ring 0:26:15 - Tethys 0:27:35 - Enceladus 0:30:45 - Water Spouts 0:33:19 - B-Ring (Second Look) 0:35:44 - Descending to the Surface 0:40:10 - Dione 0:44:17 - Discovery 0:47:09 - Ground Zero (The Planet) 0:54:38 - Grandfather Paradox (Dr. Mal
