I want to show you how to make sugar free simple syrup. We are going to flavor one with vanilla extract and the other with dark cocoa powder. These are great for making Frappuccino’s and iced lattes. Follow me : Twitter : Facebook : Instagram : Vanilla Sugar Free Simple Syrup 1 cup water 1 cup monk fruit (or sweetener of choice) 1 TBS vanilla extract Mix the monk fruit and water in a small pan. Stir over medium heat until all the monk fruit is dissolved. Add the vanilla and simmer for about 5 minutes. Cool down and keep in the fridge for up to a month, in a closed container. Chocolate Sugar Free Simple 1 cup water 1 cup monk fruit 2 TBS dark chocolate Mix the monk fruit and water in a small pan. Stir over medium heat until all the monk fruit is dissolved. Place the cocoa powder in a small bowl and add a couple tablespoons of the hot liquid. Mix until you have no lumps. Add the chocolate to the syrup and mix. Simmer for a few minutes.
