Edelweiss - Christopher Plummer’s own voice - Sound of Music 1965

I uploaded this over ten years ago, but it was removed by YouTube. Someone stole it and put it back up, so I’ve re-uploaded my original clip with Chris singing this song himself. Charmian Carr joins him while Julie Andrews, Eleanor Parker, and Richard Haydn watch. Chris was entirely dubbed by Bill Lee in the released film, but here for the first time ever is his own voice, which a private collector shared with me. It has never been commercially released in its full length. From his autobiography, “In Spite of Myself“: “To further shake me up, our first recording session was upon us.
