Senator Daryl Beall introduces Kosovo Security Force Minister Agim Ceku

State Senator Daryl Beall of Fort Dodge introduces Kosovo Security Force Minister Agim Ceku to the Iowa Senate. The Kosovar delegation were guests of Adjutant General Tim Orr at the Condition of the Iowa National Guard Joint Session on January 31, 2013. The Kosovo Security Force works closely with the Iowa National Guard.
