And then I stopped stretching and I totally lost it :D but I remember: it loved the feeling & the simple fact that “I can do the splits“ lol. Those stretches are fully targeted on hip mobility, hamstring & thigh flexibility. This is necessary to slideeee into a front split. Who’s joining my challenge?
