Woman in bathing suit and hat stands lower than him and puts a strange looking flip-flop like shoe on his foot. The man puts the other shoe. C/U of the man lying backwards on a bench with his feet presented to the camera to show the shoes which have large flat pieces on the bottom which open and close - kind of animated flippers! Several people sit and stand around watching. The man sits up and shows how the flippers open and close as he moves his legs.
