30 Min TRIPLE Full Body HIIT | No Equipment No Repeat
In this 30 Min TRIPLE Full Body HIIT | No Equipment No Repeat we will have a 12x bundle of 3x movements: the first movement is a basic movement, the second movement is an Explosive movement and the 3rd is a Cardio Movement. We Will be focusing on different body parts with each bundle and that will be challenging! We will perform each movement for 35 seconds and there will be a 15 seconds rest in between. After the first 6x bundles there will be a 50 second Water-Break.
