How to get to Sir Alonne without taking damage (best/easiest path) Dark souls 2

You want the Cloranthy ring equipped and have enough stamina to make it (my char has 60 here). If you sprint nonstop you will get caught, you HAVE to let the stamina regen before the first solder sees you (while keeping some to sprint past the 2nd soldier behind the pillar), when the lizard is shooting fireballs while you stick to the wall and before getting to the 2nd part of the run. You HAVE to react the the soldiers attack, timings differ according to the move they use to catch you (fast thrust or slow vertical slash). Tip for the boss if you struggle : Stay a bit behind his left shoulder and rush to him when he jumps away, don’t let him go away and spam dash attacks.
