Jabbawockeez Performs Live with Chris Brown at the annual Teen’s Choice Awards. JabbaWockeeZ is an all-male hip hop dance crew, established by Joe Larot, Kevin Brewer, and Phil Tayag from San Diego, California. The group gained fame by appearing on America’s Got Talent before winning the MTV hip hop dance reality series, America’s Best Dance Crew in 2008. Their name is derived from the dragon in Lewis Carroll’s poem Jabberwocky. Their unique signature is the use of white masks to create a faceless troupe so that the attention is on the dance movement.
