Russia’s Shoigu meets Cuban counterpart in Moscow, speaks on camera for the first time since mutiny

Russian Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu met his Cuban counterpart Alvaro Lopez Miera in Moscow on Tuesday. In a video posted on the Russian Defence Ministry official channel, Shoigu speaks on camera for the first time since Wagner mercenaries called off their mutiny.
