KLAUS | Breakdown – Kitchen scene

Here’s one the most challenging scenes in #Klaus. Alva’s kitchen only appears this one time in the film, so we had to design and build every element specifically for it. Then, the 2D animation had to match the slow-moving camera while the characters are performing. A tall order, yes, but man, what a beautiful shot it turned out to be.
