1/4” x 4” steel flat bar, forged and fabricated for the unique and specific use of suspending a large plant basket from the beam above. This is an oxy acetylene torch by uniweld with a rosebud tip & a propane forge by forgemaster. Anchor shackle by others (local hardware store). Chain and hanging basket by others (previously acquired by customer).
