Throwing / Making a Simple Fluted Pottery Pie Plate & Flan Dish on the wheel

Making / Throwing a couple of simple pottery pie plates and flan dishes with a fluted scalloped edge on the wheel. Both similar being that the clay is centered quite flat and the walls are drawn out slowly. Then the wavy edge is made easily just using your fingers to bend the rim ot the pot over into the fluted shape. Facebook :
