D3: Reaper of Souls - Torrent Archon

Testing on Torment I. Arcane Torrent - Cascade and Archon - Pure Power Build centered on some cooldown reduction, ~30 APoC and 15% arcane damage. No real special gear required, just APoC, DPS/EHP. Chantodo’s Will was rerolled via the Mystic. Paragon points put into resource reduction, life regeneration, crit chance. Unfortunately paragon points in cooldown reduction is bugged and doesn’t actually work, or else Archon would be even more accessible. Subscribe! Follow on Twitter
