10000 steps workout created for YOU! This is a low impact, no jumping, fun workout (well, at least I think so)! It is a true 10000 step workout which is easy on the joints yet gets your heart rate elevated and gets those steps in. As I always say, please modify any movement that needs to be changed to suit your needs. We’ll start off with a warm-up and then as the music picks up, so will our steps and our heart rate. We’ll finish with a cool-down and stretching. If you decide to skip my stretch routine, please take the time to do your own since it is crucial to stretch after a long workout.
