2009 Playmakers “Next Step“ Pro Hockey Shooting Video

Disclaimer: I do not own the audio track to this video it is “Ready for War“ by 50 Cent from the album “Before I Self Descruct“ Darryl Belfry of Playmakers Hockey recently completed an extensive study on the World’s best goal scorers and identified several different shooting release techniques that represent a new level of shooting skill. Darryl completed a summer training program with Matt Ellis of the Buffalo Sabres which featured the development of those shots. The following highlights our last on-ice session and illustrates these shooting techniques.
