On May 30th, 2024, Deputies Singleton and Castellanos from the Transit Services Bureau were inspecting the “A-Line” Fillmore Train Station platform when they encountered a person who appeared to have overdosed on narcotics. Acting swiftly, they administered Narcan twice and remained with the patient until the Pasadena Fire Department arrived. Their quick actions made a difference in saving this man’s life.
