Christian Professor prefers Sharia over Secular ‘Tolerance’

Wael Hallaq is one of the top professors in secular Islamic Studies. His books on Islamic law and history are the standard texts read in universities around the world. He is Palestinian Christian, but listen to what he says about the Sharia and the Islamic nation. This is a unique voice in secular academia and many of his colleagues have disavowed him for his anti-progressive stance, including Muslim academics!
