Commander X16 Serial / Midi Card Test

Not only is this a test of the MIDI hardware, but this board is the first one off of the assembly line for our run of 1000 machines! They are still in manufacturing, but this is an early one for testing. Thanks so much to MooingLemur for adapting Melodius to work with the card, and doing some hardware testing of his own! I am not sure what the final form of this card will be yet, but this UART driven MIDI card is working great so far!
