The 3 Female Fighter Pilots Cut From ’Return of The Jedi’ In Return of the Jedi there were THREE women piloting ships valiantly fighting against the Empire that all wound up on the cutting room floor…. The first actress Vivienne Chandler, apparently had at one stage, a whole page worth of dialogue as an X-Wing pilot. The second actress, Poppy Hands actually had a line, “Got it,“ but her voice was dubbed over by a man. The third female pilot was significantly older.
