July Flow of the Month Ninja Star

Ninja Star is a dynamic washing machine (meaning the flow ends where it starts and can keep going and going and going), and through the month of July a portion of our AcroYoga Montreal-style Friday night class at Pilgrimage of the Heart North park will be dedicated to learning this flow in small digestible bits. By the end of July, you’ll be flowing through it like, well, a ninja. Remember all levels are welcome and no experience is necessary.
