The third record of this solo Italian act. A rougher atmospheric approach bordering the harsh and dissonant black metal path but also is able to insert profound post passages and this often inflicts very disruptive tempo changes. Unlike the most recent record where the songwriting crosses mostly through sunlit harmonies, this one, despite its name, travels to a deeper and abyssal path quite vindictive at times, despite its least dynamic percussion. Above all aesthetic choices or any apparent shortcomings, the songwriting is quite remarkable as it roams endlessly and aimlessly through the record, a characteristic often seen on deeply dissonant acts, and here crafted masterfully. Only the last track breaks this cycle with a fully dark ambient outro.
