This comes after the UN court rejected Kyiv’s claim to recognise Russia as an “aggressor state.“ The ICJ also refused to tag the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) and the Luhansk People’s Republic (LPR) as terror groups. Russia has welcomed the UN court’s order amid a raging conflict with Ukraine. Kyiv had accused Moscow of being a ‘terrorist’ state at the World Court.
