Windows Phone 8.1 GDR2: Pin individual settings to home screen

After playing with the Lumia 640 and Lumia 640 XL, we noticed they have a newer version of Windows Phone 8.1. We noticed you can now pin individual settings to the home screen. There’s also a section for app permissions. These features might be available for others in the GDR2 update.y
