First brew of Shan Lin Shi Hung Shui Oolong of winter 2013

First brew of Shan Lin Shi Hung Shui Oolong of winter 2013. (Strong roast) I’m using an Yixing Dicao qing teapot and old qinghua cups. The tea leaves were rested a few minutes in a small qinghua porcelain jar. I preheat the teapot, the cups and then make the first brew in the company of Bach’s Christmas Oratorio. Pouring hot water was a little messy, but notice the improvement when I pour the tea.
