To kick off CFA (In Detail), a new video series where we delve into the lesser-known aspects of studying at the College of Fine Arts, masters candidate Camden Ward (CFA’22) takes us through the why’s and how’s of reed-making, an admittedly meticulous task. “Oboes really are kind of akin to wands in Harry Potter, in that each one is very, very different and unique.
