Parafuso - Achilles Tendon Rupture Recovery

Excactly a year ago I tore my left achilles tendon while doing a backflip during a training. It’s been a tough year but if you have something you love doing, hold on to it and work as hard as you can and magic will happen. This thing is Capoeira for me. I would like to show you how much strength and discipline Capoeira gave me during that year. I dedicate this video to people who lost their motivation.
