Full title reads: “Lock (sic) Lomond. Pluck and Perseverance! ’If at first you don’t succeed’ is Kaye Don’s motto - and he means to get that record with Miss England III.“ Loch Lomond, Scotland. Long shots of the speed boat Miss England III speeding across the waters of Loch Lomond. The boat slows. The boat makes several attempts crossing backwards and forwards across the waters of the lake. Crowds are gathered on the bank to watch the progress of the boat as it tries to gain the water speed record. The boat is brought slowly towards the bank.
