What are your weekend plans? (be going to)

On Friday, I’m going to wake up late. Then I’m going to read a book. On Friday afternoon, I’m going to take a walk. In the evening, I’m going to invite friends for dinner. On Saturday afternoon, I’m going to see a film in the cinema. After the film, I’m going to eat dinner at my favourite restaurant. We use going to to talk about our future plans. The form is Subject be (am, is, are) going to base form of the verb. I’m going to run in the park. She’s going to play video games. He’s going to work at home. We’re not going to bake a cake.
