What Did Viktor Larkhill Do? I’ve just returned from a 14-hour rescue mission where my brother and I rescued a dog in a truly heartbreaking condition. We first came across him yesterday when someone saw him on the streets, scavenging for food from trash bins. We’ve named him Chico. He’s emaciated, infested with parasites, has multiple bone fractures, and is clearly on the brink of death.
