DIP NETTING THE KENAI RIVER

The famous Kenai River has thousands of Sockeye Salmon swimming up the river each day in July. On July 22nd, a Saturday, proved to be the busiest day of the year which is when this video was filmed. The combination of the decent fish counts and the weekend brought all of the Alaska Residents to the Kenai River to “Dip-Net“ their fish out of the river for their winter supply.
